stay on track. Next, break down your goal into smaller chunks or steps and list
them in order of importance. Finally, establish a timeline for achieving your
goal and put it in writing. Be sure to revisit your plan regularly and make
adjustments as necessary.
3) Take action
Personal growth is a long-term investment
in yourself. You will not see the benefits right away, but rather over time as
you continue to grow and
